What You`ll Do

• Debug software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products.
• Develop an automation roadmap and helps initiate the right framework and maintain the existing automation suite.
• Empower the project test teams to do their own automation with the help of right tools and strategies.
• Develop, modify, and execute automated scripts and programs for testing.
• Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.

What You Know

• A minimum of 7 years of proven professional experience is required.
• Develop and maintain QA UI and API  Test Automation framework.
• Experience with good programming or scripting practices and tools: code review, GIT distributed repositories , CI techniques and tools.
• Experience with Selenium or similar automation tools
• Experience with cucumber / Allure or similar reporting tools
• Collaborate with other QA engineers to design, prototype, and implement new strategies, tools, or concepts.
• Drive overall quality process by encouraging discipline in versioning, documentation, and deployment processes
• Intimate familiarity with QA concepts: white-/black-/grey-box testing, acceptance/regression test, system integration test
• Intimate familiarity with quality metrics: escaped defects, reliability, repeatability, resiliency
• Excellent interpersonal skills for soliciting relevant information for a project from different teams

Education

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in specific technical fields like computer science, math, statistics preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
