What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and identify areas for automation.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and report bugs effectively.
• Debug and troubleshoot automation scripts to ensure smooth test execution.
• Contribute to the improvement of existing automation frameworks and test suites.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automation tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback on automation scripts.
• Document test automation processes and procedures.

What You Know

• A Minimum 5+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.
• Strong experience with scripting languages like Java, JavaScript
• Proficiency in using automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar tools.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) is a plus.
• Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is beneficial.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Education

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in specific technical fields like computer science, math, statistics preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
