Warby Parker is searching for a driven, solution-oriented Manager of Talent Development to expand on and implement our career development programs across the company. As a member of the People team, you’ll support our mission to design and deploy equitable resources and training to ensure all Warby Parker employees have the tools they need to reach their full potential. You’ll work cross-functionally to establish new solutions in order to swiftly and effectively develop Warby Parker’s talent, especially across our fast-growing Retail teams. You will also partner with the broader Talent Management team to improve and scale existing development programs. Warby Parker, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role in New York at the time of posting. Warby Parker may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors such as relevant experience and skills, qualifications and location, among others. This range may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, this role is also eligible to receive a cash bonus and an equity bonus as part of the total compensation package.
