What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using “Oracle PCMCS” and “FCCS” to meet business requirements for profitability management and financial consolidation.
- Collaborate with financial and IT teams to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Develop application modules for PCMCS and FCCS, including allocation rules, reporting solutions, and consolidation workflows.
- Configure, maintain and optimize calculation rules, metadata, hierarchies, and mappings in Oracle EPM cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues, data inconsistencies, and errors within PCMCS and FCCS applications.
- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and training to end-users for effective usage of Oracle PCMCS/FCCS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and external consultants to ensure seamless integration between Oracle EPM, ERP, and other systems.
What You Know
- Must have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM cloud solutions, specifically PCMCS and FCCS
- Expertise in application development, rule design, and optimization within Oracle PCMCS and FCCS.
- Hands-on experience with Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and EPM Automate.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes, multi-currency environments, and intercompany eliminations.
- Familiarity with data integration and knowledge of Oracle ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues within financial systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience working with finance and IT teams.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field
