Product Integrations Engineer

What you will do

As a Product Integrations Engineer, you will create, improve, implement and support our integration product offering. You will collaborate with the customer, product, development and sales teams to ensure our integration offering is meeting the needs of the market and delivering optimal value.

  • Design & develop integrations: lead the expansion our integration offering, investigating and determining feasibility and functionality of new offerings
  • Enhance existing integrations: continuously monitor, improve, and maintain integrations to ensure they remain reliable, secure and scalable
  • Integration testing & support: ensure integrations are thoroughly tested and provide support for troubleshooting issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: work across teams to develop integration solutions based on the needs of our customers, their tech stack and workflows
  • Support our customers: act as a point of contact for internal teams and customers as needed
  • Documentation & best practices: create detailed documentation for integrations, including data flows and troubleshooting guides. Advocate and enforce integration best practices and coding standards
  • Problem-solve and innovate: identify areas for process improvements, automation, and optimization across our integration offering

Who you are

  • You have 5+ years experience working in SaaS
  • Prior experience working with at least one development language (e.g. Python, Ruby, Javascript)
  • Prior experience working with API’s to develop integrations between SaaS platforms
  • You have experience working with at least one iPaaS, preferably Workato, alternatively Mulesoft, Boomi, etc. Experience with these tools is a plus, but not required
  • You are able to work with large, complex, data sets, drawing insights and making connections
  • You have experience assisting customers in overcoming technical challenges
  • You enjoy learning new technologies and solving problems
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
