Zipdev seeks a results-driven Bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 3+ years of experience to join our client and grow their dynamic sales team. This role is responsible for generating qualified leads and booking new meetings through a multi-channel outreach approach. The SDR will focus on engaging finance and HR decision-makers (Director level and above) at U.S.-based companies with 100 to 1,000 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through a combination of cold calls, email campaigns, social media outreach, and CRM automation tools.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders in finance and HR departments.
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team with net new leads.
- Research target companies to tailor outreach strategies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of prospect interactions in Zoho CRM (or similar CRM platforms).
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to outreach activity and booked meetings (expected 8 meetings per month).
