Position Overview
We’re looking to build a long-term collaboration with a talented developer who wants to grow with the team and contribute meaningfully to the evolution of our product.
While this role sits within the technical support function, you won’t be handling support tickets yourself. Instead, you’ll work as a developer, focusing primarily on debugging and resolving code-level issues identified by our support analysts (around 80% of your time). The remaining 20% will involve implementing minor enhancements and functional improvements.
