We're seeking a hands-on Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in building and managing innovative products for Healthcare Providers and Employers. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of digital health solutions while leading a talented team of engineers in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
As our Senior Engineering Manager, you'll be at the forefront of healthcare technology innovation, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and modern development practices to accelerate product delivery and enhance team productivity. You'll work closely with product teams and other engineering leaders to ensure our solutions meet the complex needs of healthcare organizations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across time zones and cultural differences to keep the team aligned and productive
Drive the adoption and integration of AI-powered development tools and low-code/no-code solutions to enhance team productivity
Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on our products and processes
Experience working in dynamic startup environments with rapid growth and changing priorities
Experience with healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC2, etc.)
GitHub for version control and CI/CD

$200,000 - $250,000 a yearThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $200,000 - $250,000. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only and do not include bonuses, equity, or benefits. Additional compensation may include benefits, variable pay, discretionary bonuses, and equity.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
