As an Engineering Manager in our Content & Creators team, you will lead and mentor a talented team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical leadership and strategic vision to push the boundaries of what our platform can do.
You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, and other key stakeholders to define the product roadmap, set technical direction, and ensure your team delivers a high-quality, scalable engine that powers growth for our clients.
