Job Description

As a Senior Sales Development Representative at Gradle, you bring your experience prospecting to a growing team. As an Sr. SDR, you are at the frontlines, engaging with prospective customers and collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to drive trial registrations and create opportunities. 

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage inbound lead flow,  including trial requests, live chats, and event leads
  • Execute outbound workflows, focusing on target account lists, driving registrations for trials, event attendance and more
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations; documenting all interactions in Salesforce and SalesLoft
  • Meet or exceed SDR trial registration targets
  • Collaborate with and leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive trial registrations and build a pipeline
  • Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop accounts

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ years in an SDR or similar position, with consistent results (tech industry preferred)
  • Enthusiastic about the prospect of working cross-functionally with departments. You'll have exposure to each department which will help you determine your career path at Gradle
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone skills, listening skills, and writing skills
  • Self-driver with the desire to help Gradle grow; you’ll have the support and autonomy to create a scalable process for success
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn  and communicate the value of Gradle offerings
  • Proficient in using Salesforce and LinkedIn
  • 2+ years Sales work experience in a professional environment

Compensation

We offer competitive salaries and equity grants to all team members. 

The US salary range for this position is $65-85k OTE (On Target Earnings) USD and reflects the target ranges for all US locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by geographic location and additional factors including but not limited to experience, relevant skills, qualifications, seniority, performance, and travel requirements.
