What We're Looking For
Beam is looking for a driven and hungry salesperson who is ready to start their career in the insurtech industry. This is an entry level position with high potential for career advancement/growth within Beam. You will be the front-line for Beam’s revenue team, collaborating internally and externally with brokerages to qualify leads and generate new business through a variety of means not limited to outbound calls, emails, and social media.

You’re an energetic and eager salesperson with passion for technology and how it can be harnessed in the insurance industry. You’re willing to learn and collaborate closely with peers. You take an innovative yet critical approach when managing relationships and driving production results. You thrive on continually building and expanding relationships, and are able to work and succeed under pressure and hold yourself accountable to SLA’s/KPI’s.
