We are looking for a dedicated Sales Development Executive to join our team to generate new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers.
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in inside sales. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for identifying potential opportunities, we encourage you to apply. This role will report to the Sales Development Lead, who is based in Thailand.

Responsibilities:

* Identify potential customers and generate leads for the company (e.g. email, cold calling, social selling, etc.)* Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market* Deliver initial business pitch and product demonstrations to potential customers* Identify pain points and suggest appropriate CPaaS solutions to prospects* Set appointments for sales team and follow up on leads* Work in collaboration with field and events marketing to drive attendance at marketing events* Track progress towards meeting lead generation goals* Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies to achieve lead generation targets* Stay up-to-date on CPaaS market trends, competition and industry developments* Provide regular reports on leads activities and results to management

About You:

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and is technology savvy* At least two years experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets* Strong communication skills via phone and email* Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients* Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills* Time management and organizational skills* Strong sense of responsibility, urgency and initiative* Passionate in technology and motivated to constantly learn new product features
