Team Summary

Our Technical Program Management (TPM) team is at the center of the engine that drives our teams to produce great software. For 1Password’s Tech organization, scaling execution is a critical focus as we grow. The TPM team acts as a force multiplier for the Tech organization by driving cross-functional, technical initiatives. We align teams both inside and outside of Tech to enable timely decisions, uncover gaps, and guide programs towards well-defined, successful outcomes.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada. This position will be for 4 months - September 2023 to December 2023.

Job responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver programs for the Tech organization.
• Collaborate with Technical Program Managers on the team to develop and then execute program plans.
• Follow program management processes to properly align teams, document progress, provide timely status updates, and successfully deliver.
• Engage with program teams to understand how the work is being executed and to ensure that program timelines are being met.
• Keep teams focused on their goals by making sure teams are communicating and identifying risks as they appear.
• Engage in program & TPM team meetings, asking relevant questions that help with their own development.
