We design and build web-based solution and mobile apps. Our teams are located in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Portugal, Denmark, Moldova, Romania, Ukraine, Belarus, and Cambodia. Mediapark was established in 2010 together with its sister - Civitta.com.
Both companies are employee-owned and together employ 700+ people in 20 different countries. Most of our work is delivered to clients outside of our home markets, in Western Europe, the UK, the USA, and the Middle East.
At the moment, at Mediapark we are looking for a Mid/Senior React Developer.

You will:

• Participate in the development of large-scale systems;
• Test code in every step of development;
• Consult and review peers and less experienced colleagues codes;
• Participate in the development of architecture;
• Be part of various interesting and challenging projects;
• Work in teams of 4-10 people together with developers, project managers, designers and more.

Requirements:

• Tech Skills:

• 5+ years of experience;
• Excellent knowledge of the latest versions of React and the main concepts of the library (hooks, performance, components, etc.);
• Experience with MaterialUI;
• Experience in optimizing frontend performance on React (network tab, profiler, etc.);
• Understanding how to work with large tables on the front end without losing performance (tables with thousands of rows) - virtualization;
• Experience with GraphQL (knowledge of the concept in general, the Apollo library, working techniques);
• Knowledge in the field of data protection for a front-end engineer (types of attack vectors, how to protect against typical attacks);
• Knowledge of the Backend For Frontend pattern;

• Soft Skills:

• Experience working in international teams that speak English;
• Super excellent soft skills;
• Fluency in English (B2+ level);
• Experience working in Jira in large teams;
• Ability to work from any location where CIVITTA & Mediapark have an office;
• Comfortable use of spoken English.
