We are hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to manage Software Engineers and work within a technical engineering team to support Engineering. You will serve as a mentor and coach for engineers, work with the VP of Engineering to enable more efficient processes and best practices across our teams.
Reporting directly to a Senior Director of Engineering, you will work alongside Software Architects and Engineers in the Engineering department. You will manage and oversee the growth and development of Software Engineers. You will manage and lead the teams responsible for Engineering Productivity and Platform as you help deliver a roadmap of work aimed at improving the ease of writing, testing, and deploying code at Everly Health.

$159,797 - $164,000 a yearThe actual salary offered will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications, market data/ranges, and internal equity. This position is also eligible for a yearly bonus and equity.
