About Conduktor

Our mission is to spread data streaming via Kafka in any organization by building exceptional tooling compatible with all the Kafka ecosystem out there. We help thousands of developers and organizations manage and secure their Kafka data and accelerate their project delivery.
Our team is distributed across London (HQ), New York, and France, and we are looking for people who are excited by our mission and who want to share this journey with us. 

About the role

Conduktor and the Kafka ecosystem is highly technical therefore this position would suit someone with prior experience marketing to a developer audience.
We are looking for an innovative and highly collaborative person to be deeply involved with our product team and help us spread news about what we do to the world.

What will you be doing?

• Maximize the value of product marketing content to promote usage and engagement from our ICP
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the product team to gain a deep understanding of product features and benefits within the Kafka ecosystem
• Analyze and improve acquisition funnels for obtaining new users
• Distribute compelling content (blog posts, articles, social) to the right audience
• Develop strategies for growing our audience and reach
• Work alongside the sales team to align growth efforts with overall business objectives
• Foster partnerships with influencers and thought leaders within the tech and Kafka communities
